In the first instance please get in contact by email and state the reason for your return. Instruction regarding method of postage to be used will be given. Please return the item it the packaging you received it in within 14 days of purchase.
If the item is deemed faulty a full refund will be given, if not, I will consider an exchange for another item. I do not exchange earrings.
Do you ship oversees?
Yes, I like to send parcels by Special or Recorded Delivery, as these are the most secure methods. An appropriate cost will be applied at time of purchase depending on location and value.
