Terms and conditions 

All jewellery is checked by myself before it is handed over to its new owner.  I take time to make sureeverything is in order.  Any queries regarding finish must be addressed with me as soon as is possible. Occasionally discolouration can occur on the surface of metal over time.  I am happy to look at or repolish items if this happens.   

Earrings cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Rings will not be resized free of charge if the requested size was supplied.  
I will not refund gifts, only exchange pieces of the same value or more so.

Classes

Payment for classes must be made in full before the date set.  A refund of 50% will be given if the student needs to cancel prior to 14 days  of the class date. There will be no refund if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the course date.

If I need to cancel the course, I will offer a full refund or we will reschedule the class.

Covid 19 -  classes cancelled due to Covid 19 will in the first instance be rescheduled for a later date.
